Role Description This Marketing Executive Cum Admin internship role is a hybrid position based in WP. Kuala Lumpur, with the flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. The intern will support day-to-day marketing activities, including assisting with market planning, coordinating promotional campaigns, and helping to manage social media and other marketing channels. Administrative responsibilities will include maintaining records, handling basic documentation, supporting scheduling and coordination of classes or events, and assisting with customer inquiries. The role involves collaborating with the team to gather feedback, prepare simple reports on marketing efforts, and contribute ideas to improve outreach to parents and partners. The intern is expected to be proactive, organized, and willing to learn in both on-site and remote settings.
Qualifications
  • Ability to perform Market Planning and contribute to Marketing initiatives for children’s enrichment programs.
  • Skills in Market Research to understand customer needs, trends, and competitive offerings.
  • Strong Communication skills to interact with parents, partners, and team members effectively.
  • Basic understanding of Sales and Marketing to support promotional activities and customer engagement.
  • Good organizational and administrative skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Comfort with common digital tools (e.g., email, spreadsheets, social media platforms).
  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment, manage time independently, and collaborate with a diverse team.
  • Interest in children’s education or enrichment services; prior exposure to related fields is an advantage.
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed studies in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related discipline is preferred.
