Job description:

Job Responsibilities :-

• Preparing tender documentation for new project
• Perform budgets, calling of quotation and comparison of pricing.
• Fully in charge of existing successful project documentation
• Verification for VOs, submit claims, payments etc
• Prepare LOA, work order, progression reports and others necessary documents
• Attend site project meeting or technical design discussion, to ensure post contract management is fully communicated
• Maintain filling record of general documents and make sure all is in order
• Support senior QS in cost control and project budgeting
• Ensure compliance with contract requirements and company procedures

Job Requirements :-

· Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field

· Basic knowledge of construction contracts ( JKR / CIDB standards is an advantage)

· Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and AutoCAD is an advantage

· Strong analytical and numerical skills

· Good communication and teamwork skills

· Able to work in a fast-paced construction environment and willing to travel

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
