Responsibilities

Salary Range

  • $4000-$6000

Benefits

  • 0-20% Monthly Performance Related Pay
  • 2% Monthly Medical Allowance

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop new business opportunities and generate leads for interior design projects.
  • Handle the full sales process from initial consultation to quotation, negotiation, and closing.
  • Meet and communicate with clients to understand their renovation and interior design requirements.
  • Follow up with potential clients and maintain good customer relationships.
  • Prepare project quotations and sales proposals.
  • Prepare basic interior design or construction drawings when required.
  • Coordinate with the design and project teams to ensure smooth project handover.
  • The ability to prepare 3D visualisations or renderings would be an added advantage.

Requirements

  • Relevant experience in Interior Design, ID Company Sales, or Interior Design Sales.
  • Strong sales and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to generate leads and bring in projects.
  • Comfortable dealing with clients and handling sales negotiations.
  • Able to read or prepare basic construction drawings.
  • Experience with 3D rendering or visualisation is an advantage.
