Responsibilities
- Clear jams and minor technical issues in machines
- Empty and replace collection bins inside the RVM. and wipe down of the machine internal components
- Maintain a clean and organised return point, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for customers
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and concerns with professionalism and care
- Maintain accurate documentation of returns and collections
- Record and report machine faults or technical problems
- Ability to move from point to point swiftly within East region of Singapore
