We're looking for a Sales Manager (Spare Parts) to drive parts sales growth, maximize profitability and deliver an excellent customer experience. You will shape our sales, pricing and customer service strategies while keeping inventory healthy and building strong, lasting customer relationships.

What you'll do

• Drive sales growth, ensure customer satisfaction, maximize profitability and improve operational efficiency
• Develop and implement sales, marketing, pricing and customer service strategies
• Manage inventory levels to prevent stockouts and keep parts availability high
• Build strong, lasting relationships with customers, dealers and distribution partners

What we're looking for

• Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing or a related field
• 5-10 years of proven experience in parts sales and inventory management within the automotive, heavy equipment or industrial parts industries
• Experience in automotive dealerships, heavy equipment or distribution networks (required)
• Strong commercial, negotiation and relationship-building skills
