Manage the day-to-day operations of the outlet.

Monitor cash handling, daily closing, and outlet financial performance.

Manage inventory, stock levels, ordering, wastage, and food costs.

Implement marketing campaigns, promotions, and new product launches.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly outlet reports.

Analyze sales and operational performance and take corrective action.

Coordinate with the kitchen, purchasing, HR, finance, and marketing teams.

Ensure customer feedback is addressed appropriately.

Conduct staff briefings and regular team meetings.

Monitor outlet cleanliness, maintenance, and equipment condition.
