Full Time MAINTENANCE, ENGINEER Jobs, Salary up to MYR 5,000 in TENPOWER MALAYSIA SDN BHD Selangor - Maukerja

• Operate and monitor WWTP equipment, systems, and treatment processes according to SOPs and operating procedures.
• Monitor wastewater treatment parameters and ensure the treatment process operates within the required operating limits.
• Conduct routine inspection of pumps, blowers, tanks, valves, piping, dosing systems, filters, and other WWTP equipment.
• Monitor chemical dosing systems and ensure chemicals are available and dosed according to treatment requirements.
• Conduct regular wastewater sampling and basic testing such as pH, temperature, COD, TSS, and other applicable parameters.
• Record daily operating parameters, test results, chemical consumption, equipment status, and other WWTP information accurately.
• Identify abnormal wastewater conditions, equipment problems, process deviations, or unusual readings and report them promptly to the Supervisor/Engineer.
• Perform basic troubleshooting and corrective actions for WWTP equipment and process abnormalities.
• Carry out routine preventive maintenance and housekeeping activities for WWTP equipment and facilities.
• Coordinate with Maintenance and Engineering teams for equipment breakdowns, repairs, servicing, and improvement works.
• Ensure proper handling, storage, labelling, and usage of wastewater treatment chemicals in accordance with safety requirements.
• Ensure proper operation of sludge handling, dewatering, collection, and disposal activities where applicable.
• Monitor sludge generation and ensure proper handling and storage according to established procedures.
• Ensure wastewater discharge meets the required internal and regulatory standards before discharge.
• Maintain proper housekeeping, cleanliness, and 5S standards within the WWTP area.
• Follow all environmental, occupational safety, PPE, chemical handling, and emergency response procedures.
• Support environmental monitoring, inspections, audits, and regulatory requirements related to wastewater treatment.
• Maintain proper WWTP documentation, checklists, inspection records, laboratory test results, and maintenance records.
• Assist in preparing daily, weekly, and monthly WWTP operational reports.
• Support investigations and corrective actions for wastewater quality deviations or environmental incidents.
• Participate in continuous improvement activities to improve treatment efficiency, reduce chemical consumption, and minimize operational costs.
• Support emergency response activities in the event of wastewater treatment system failure or abnormal discharge conditions.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities assigned by the WWTP Supervisor, Facility Engineer, or Management.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
