HIRING | LEAD SYSTEMS ANALYST

We are looking for an experienced Lead Systems Analyst to join a leading organisation in Petaling Jaya, Malaysia.

Position: Lead Systems Analyst
Location: Petaling Jaya, Malaysia
Employment Type: Full-Time
Experience: 8+ years

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end solution design aligned with business and technical objectives.
• Gather, analyse and prioritise business requirements and translate them into solution specifications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design effective and scalable systems.
• Provide technical consultancy on solution feasibility, application design and system integration.
• Translate business models and requirements into platform configurations or specifications for new implementations and products.
• Work with technology partners to define technical strategies and improve business solutions.
• Provide technical expertise and support for RFP/RFT submissions.
• Act as the key point of contact for business requirements and solution design.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Computing or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in systems analysis, solution design or related areas.
• Strong background in the Telecommunications industry.
• B2B business experience is an advantage.
• Good knowledge of areas such as:
• Mobile & Broadband Networks
• CRM platforms such as Salesforce / CloudSense
• Billing Systems
• Provisioning Systems
• Inventory Management
• Delivery Systems
• System Integrations
• Strong communication, collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent conceptual, analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
