Responsibilities
Location: Marina Bay
Working hours: Mon - Fri, 8.30am - 5.30pm
Salary: Up to $6400 + AWS + performance bonus
Our client is a leading asset management company overseeing some of Singapore’s most iconic Grade A office and retail landmarks in the heart of Marina Bay. They are seeking a dynamic and relationship-driven professional to support the management of a commercial property portfolio. This role focuses on driving occupancy, strengthening tenant relationships, and maximising rental performance while ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
Revenue & Leasing
Drive occupancy by securing new tenants and renewing existing leases
Negotiate competitive rental rates and favourable lease terms
Support strategies to enhance portfolio income and performance
Tenant & Stakeholder Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants and key stakeholders
Address tenant feedback, operational matters, and lease compliance
Work closely with shareholders, consultants, and key accounts
Operations & Coordination
Manage the full leasing cycle from enquiry to lease execution
Ensure smooth workflow and proper documentation of leasing activities
Collaborate with facilities, finance, and marketing teams to enhance tenant experience and property performance
Support budgeting, forecasting, and market analysis activities
Reporting & Compliance
Prepare regular reports and updates for management and stakeholders
Ensure compliance with internal policies and audit requirements
Team Support
Work collaboratively within the team and support junior staff development
Requirements
Degree in Real Estate or related discipline
3–4 years of leasing experience in commercial properties
Valid CEA salesperson licence
Experience handling corporate or MNC tenants is an advantage
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Positive attitude and ability to work in a team
