Full Time Solution Architect (HRMS Systems) Jobs, in Links International Federal Territory - Maukerja

Due to rapid growth and subsequent expansion, we are now looking for a Solution Architect based in Malaysia and help drive Links International to become the HR Outsourcing Partner of choice in Asia Pacific.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead solution design and architecture for HRIS/HRMS solutions and HR systems
• Establish design and production blueprints and maintain architecture standards, design patterns, and technical governance processes
• Contribute to DevOps strategies and build proof-of-concepts (POCs)
• Review and validate technical designs, integrations, and architecture decisions across projects
• Ensure solutions align with scalability, security, resiliency, and operational best practices
• Identify technical risks, bottlenecks, and dependencies early and provide practical recommendations
• Prepare and maintain architecture diagrams, technical documentation, and solution review materials
• Work closely with Engineering Team throughout the delivery lifecycle to ensure design consistency and quality implementation
• Collaborate with internal IT Team on deployment infrastructure and security operational readiness
• Present complex concepts to non-technical audiences (eg. management team and internal stakeholders)

Requirements:

• 8 years in SaaS solution architecture and 3 years in Payroll or HR systems
• Solid experience in designing scalable Azure systems and APIs integrations with enterprise platforms
• Back-end development programming language including Java, Go, Python, TypeScript
• Hands-on managing design patterns including BFF, gateway pattern, factory, strategy pattern, plugin architecture
• Hands-on managing database in RDBMS (MySQL) and NoSQL (CosmosDB)
• Excellent knowledge in web based architectures, integration methods and strategies to support non-functional requirements such as agility, resilience and performance
• Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
