Responsibilities
We are a growing freight forwarding company dedicated to delivering reliable, efficient, and customer-focused logistics solutions worldwide. With a strong global network, we aim to provide seamless shipping experiences while upholding professionalism and service excellence.
Job Responsibilities:
Handle day-to-day sea import & export operations and documentation (e.g., booking, shipping instructions, BL draft, VGM, customs declaration).
Coordinate with customers, carriers, and overseas agents to ensure smooth cargo movement.
Monitor shipment schedules, vessel cut-off dates, and ensure timely delivery of documents.
Prepare and verify export documents (invoices, packing lists, certificates, etc.).
Provide proactive updates and after-sales service to clients.
Address customer inquiries, resolve service issues, and maintain strong relationships.
Liaise with internal departments to support operational efficiency and compliance.
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience in freight forwarding, preferably in sea import & export operations.
Familiar with import & export documentation, shipping terms (Incoterms), and international trade practices.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure.
Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of freight forwarding systems is an advantage.
Team player with a customer-oriented mindset.
