About the Role

NEBA Private Clients is looking for a reliable, organised, and detail-oriented Operations Support Officer to support the day-to-day operational activities of the business.The role will provide general operational support to the team, including assisting with documentation, record keeping, data entry, filing, coordination, and other routine administrative tasks to ensure the smooth running of day-to-day operations. The successful candidate should be responsible, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple tasks while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide general operational support to the team and assist with day-to-day office operations.
  • Assist with preparing, organising, and maintaining documents and records.
  • Maintain accurate electronic filing systems and internal records.
  • Assist with data entry and updating internal databases and trackers.
  • Handle routine administrative tasks and follow up on outstanding items when required.
  • Support the team with scheduling, coordination, and general office administration.
  • Assist with correspondence and other administrative communications as required.
  • Liaise with team members and assist with coordinating administrative matters when required.
  • Assist with ad hoc administrative tasks and projects as assigned.


Requirements

  • Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
  • Well-organised, responsible, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Comfortable handling documents, data, and routine administrative tasks.
  • Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take initiative.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Reliable, professional, and able to maintain confidentiality when handling business information.
