Full Time Utility Manager (LTA-PUB Project) Jobs, Salary up to SGD 7,500 in BAYES RECRUITMENT PTE. LTD. Islandwide (Singapore) - Maukerja

• Take ownership of utility diversion and protection works across roadwork projects, driving safe, compliant, and timely delivery from planning through completion
• Act as the key liaison with LTA, utility agencies, consultants, and subcontractors, coordinating services and resolving cross-party issues as they arise
• Set and enforce safe work practices on site, with particular attention to protecting underground services during excavation activities
• Vet utility drawings, service plans, and method statements for technical accuracy and regulatory compliance before works proceed
• Align utility clearance activities with the broader project schedule by working closely with site and project teams on sequencing
• Own project documentation, including compiling and submitting reports, formal submissions, and as-built records
• Troubleshoot utility-related conflicts and technical roadblocks on site to keep project timelines on track

Requirements

• Degree/Diploma in Civil, Structural, Engineering or related discipline
• Minimum 5-7 Years of relevant experience, ideally with Ground-works/Infrastructure, LTA/PUB projects
• Good knowledge of working drawings and construction practices
