Responsibilities
Develop growth plans, analyze market trends, and research prospective new markets or customer segments.
Prospect new sales leads, arrange business meetings, and pitch products or services to prospective clients.
Maintain and nurture long-term relationships with new and existing customers or strategic partners.
Prepare commercial proposals, negotiate deal terms, and draft sales contracts in line with company guidelines.
Work closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to align strategies and address customer needs.
Track sales metrics, forecast revenue targets, and report progress to senior management.
Key Skills & Competencies
Strong business acumen with an understanding of market dynamics and financial techniques.
Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills for high-level pitching and negotiation.
Ability to spot gaps, solve problems creatively, and build scalable expansion plans.
