Responsibilities
- Assist in month end closing
- Assistance and correspondence with clients
- Assisting Sales Team
- Quotations for enquiries
- Purchasing of office supplies – stationery and pantry
- Generating and processing of purchases, deliveries, invoices, Service Report checking and posting of invoices.
- Prepare suppliers payments
- Check customers outstanding balance and send SOA on monthly basis
- Maintain inventory record
- Submission of GST to IRAS
- Prepare calculation of monthly payroll & E-Time
- Process medical insurance and WICA claims
- Oversee office administative tasks
- Other ad-hoc duties as per assigned
