Discover the Role

You will work as part of the Internal Finance R2R team. As a coordinator of the R2R Group, you will drive the accounting close based on IFRS and Group GAAP, as well as process improvements, automation, efficiency, and transparency.



Key Responsibilities
  • The coordinator reports directly to the R2R Manager and indirectly to the Director of Accounting and Consolidation and is part of Group Finance.
  • Responsible for an efficient and accurate month-end accounting close in accordance with the Group requirements and timelines.
  • Responsible for providing relevant support for external and internal audits of financial statements.
  • Ensure timely monthly reporting of the Group Reporting Package.
  • Process all transactions in the GL and perform monthly trial balance accounts reconciliations
  • Lead and support the R2R team (3–4 FTEs), ensuring alignment, and organizing and managing work tasks, performance reviews, and development plans of team members.
  • Responsible for daily operations, proactively identifying and addressing issues or unexpected events, and continuously improving processes, eliminating waste, and driving efficiency.


Key Requirements
  • University/College degree, preferably in Finance, Accounting, or Economics
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the GL/R2R area and previous experience in a similar position
  • Good command of English (both verbal and written)
  • Knowledge of accounting rules
  • Knowledge of IFRS is an advantage
  • Knowledge of MS Dynamics D365 is an advantage
