Intern - Human Resources Jobs, Salary up to MYR 800 in Eastern Suntech Engineering & Construction Sdn. Bhd. Kedah - Maukerja

As part of the HR Intern, you will be exposed to:

• Full spectrum of the recruitment process, from sourcing, pre-screening, interviewing until extending an offer to the successful candidate.
• Support employee engagement activities, we want your creative ideas.
• Learning & development: get an opportunity to gain exposure in the DNA (Developing Needs Analysis), execution of DNA, and administration of the L&D.
• HR processes & HRIS: coordination, collection of information, using your creativity to create fun educational video to create awareness, updating of employee information.
• Gain first hand experience with onboarding and offboarding.
• Administrative support where relevant e.g. IT assets assignment, stationery, user ID setup and etc.
• Other ad hoc tasks assigned by the HR Manager.

Minimum Requirements:

• Candidate must possess or currently pursuing at least a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in any field from a reputable university.
• Minimum internship duration of 3-6 months.
• No work experience is required.
• Able to work in a fast pace environment.
• Fast learner & keen on learning new things.
• Willing to work in Bandar Sunway.

Pay: From RM800.00 per month
