Join us as a Recruitment Executive and work closely with our consultants to support Singapore-based clients in finding the right talent. Build meaningful candidate relationships, connect people with exciting opportunities, and gain hands-on experience across the full recruitment lifecycle. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply!

Location: Bukit Bintang, Kuala Lumpur

What You’ll Do:
Source and engage top talent through job portals, social media, and other recruitment channels to build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
Partner with Singapore-based consultants to understand clients’ hiring needs, role requirements, and candidate expectations.
Review resumes and conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidates’ skills, experience, qualifications, and suitability for the role.
Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communications to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process.
Keep candidates informed and engaged by providing timely updates, feedback, and support throughout their hiring journey.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records and recruitment information in our ATS.
️ Build strong relationships with candidates and create a positive, engaging, and seamless recruitment experience from start to finish.

What We’re Looking For:
Bachelor’s degree in any field
Prior HR or HR internship experience will be an added advantage
️ Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
Sales-driven and KPI-oriented mindset, with the motivation to achieve targets and earn performance-based rewards
