Full Time Head of Facilities (Central Kitchen) - Healthcare #HHW Jobs, Salary up to SGD 9,000 in RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD Islandwide (Singapore) - Maukerja

Lead and manage the overall operations of the central kitchen to ensure efficient meal production and timely delivery.

1. Plan and oversee meal preparation in accordance with approved menus, dietary requirements, and nutrition standards for residents.

2. Ensure full compliance with food safety regulations, hygiene standards, and relevant healthcare and regulatory requirements.

3. Manage kitchen manpower, including scheduling, training, performance management, and staff development.

4. Monitor food quality, consistency, portion control, and customer satisfaction.

5. Work closely with Dietitians, Nursing teams, and Operations to accommodate special diets and changing resident needs.

6. Manage procurement, inventory, and cost control to minimise food wastage while maintaining quality standards.

7. Maintain kitchen equipment and coordinate preventive maintenance to ensure operational readiness.

8. Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and service quality.

9. Prepare operational reports, budgets, and performance metrics for management review
