Job Summary
Support our florists in preparing and conditioning flowers, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and ensuring flowers are ready for daily orders. This is a hands-on entry-level opportunity for someone interested in developing their skills and progressing into a Florist role.
What You’ll Do
Clean and change water in flower buckets and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
Condition flowers by dethorning, wracking, deleaving, trimming, and removing damaged or unwanted parts.
Prepare and organize flowers according to daily orders and production needs.
Gradually learn floristry techniques and take on more responsibilities with the opportunity to progress into a Florist role.
Who You Are
Interested in flowers, floristry, or learning a hands-on creative skill.
Reliable, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Comfortable with repetitive, and hands-on work
Detail-oriented and takes pride in keeping work areas clean and organized.
No previous floristry experience required, willingness to learn is more important.
