Full Time Junior IT Support Engineer Jobs, Salary up to MYR 3,552.49 in Erudite Innovation Selangor - Maukerja

• Support daily IT MFG systems related tickets – Windows Server 2012 / 2016 / 2019 issues, Service Pack upgrade, Security Patching, MFG application rollout, File Server Management, RedHat Linux administration, IIS management, SQLserver, healthcheck and monitoring, level 1 IT end user support on clients, application, network and services, and other tasks requested by Site IT Supervisor.
• To manage site helpdesk operations, provide technical guidance, deliver helpdesk efficiency report, and other tasks requested by Site IT Supervisor
• Perform administrative functions for all IT Manufacturing and APAC IT, including coordination and communication. Maintain documentation, organize meetings and events, and ensure confidentiality and compliance according to Policy
• Meticulous in maintaining site IT forecast, accrual, spending tracking, procurement/receiving process, maintaining MA, Contractors, Communication billing, asset/inventory
• Should be willing to work extended hours or modified schedule to meet deadlines
• Ensure performance meets stipulated KPIs/SLAs at all

times while delivering a consistent quality of services

• Support ad-hoc projects initiated from the Global Infra / Security team
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good soft skills in communication and presentation
• Must be team player and able to work independently
• Motivated individual with a positive attitude

Pay: RM2,566.57 - RM3,552.49 per month
