Responsibilities
Roles & Responsibilities
Perform maintenance and update hardware and software systems to ensure operational efficiency
Install new hardware including computers, servers, and peripherals to support IT infrastructure needs
Install and update software such as MS Office, antivirus, and operating systems to maintain system security and functionality
Troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues to minimize downtime and resolve IT problems promptly
Implement repairs and updates based on diagnostic assessments to restore system performance
Generate detailed error, diagnostic, and repair reports to document IT incidents and resolutions
Prepare technical documents including error and maintenance reports to support IT operations and audits
Hand-on skill is a plus.
Teamwork and positive mindset is a must.
Work with Engineer in carrying out the task effectively.
