Role Description

The Junior Marketing Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in WP, Kuala Lumpur. This role involves supporting face-to-face marketing and customer acquisition campaigns, engaging directly with potential customers, and clearly communicating client value propositions. The Junior Marketing Associate will help execute brand awareness activities, assist in setting up and managing campaign locations, and gather customer feedback to improve campaign performance. Daily tasks include reporting on key metrics, collaborating with team members to refine messaging, and maintaining professional and consistent brand representation. The role also includes participating in training sessions, learning sales and marketing techniques, and contributing to a positive, results-oriented team environment.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently in face-to-face customer interactions.
