Location: 50 Raffles Place, Level 7, Singapore Land Tower, Singapore 048623
Job Responsibilities:
Manage the reception area, including welcoming visitors, handling calls, and assisting with visitor check-in/check-out
Coordinate meeting room bookings, guide guests to meeting rooms, and provide refreshments when required
Manage visitor access passes and handle incoming and outgoing courier deliveries
Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and presentation of reception, meeting rooms, and office areas
Conduct basic checks on office equipment, pantry/bistro machines, and meeting room facilities
Monitor and replenish stationery, pantry items, and other office supplies
Liaise with building management and vendors to follow up on office and facilities-related matters
Support ad hoc administrative and operational tasks, including data entry and mystery shopping activities
Requirements
Minimum GCE O levels with 2 years of relevant experience in customer service
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and basic administrative tasks
Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
