About the Job

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Workshop Supervisor to oversee daily workshop operations, lead a team of technicians, ensure service quality, and maintain compliance with company standards and safety regulations. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with solid automotive technical knowledge and excellent problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily workshop operations to ensure productivity, efficiency, and quality standards are achieved.
• Lead, coach, and develop workshop staff to improve performance and technical competencies.
• Ensure compliance with company SOPs, safety regulations, and operational standards.
• Monitor equipment maintenance, workshop cleanliness, and 5S practices.
• Identify and resolve operational and technical issues in a timely manner.
• Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation of workshop activities.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Certificate in Automotive Engineering, Automotive Technology, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in automotive workshop operations, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or team leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance, repair processes, workshop operations, and quality control.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop technical teams.
• Good understanding of workplace safety practices, 5S implementation, and SOP compliance.
• Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills.
• Computer literate and able to maintain operational records and reports.
• Possess a valid driving license (Class D).
