Full Time Counter Staff -Admin Jobs, Salary up to MYR 2,500 in FUNG TYRE AUTO SERVICE SDN BHD Selangor - Maukerja

About the Role

We are looking for a responsible and organised Admin & Counter Staff to join our tyre shop in Subang Jaya.

You will be responsible for handling daily counter operations, recording sales, issuing receipts and assisting with basic administrative tasks. No prior tyre shop experience is required, but experience in retail, cashier, admin or customer service will be an added advantage.

Job Responsibilities

• Handle walk-in customers and basic customer enquiries
• Record daily sales and transactions accurately
• Prepare and issue receipts / invoices
• Handle cash and other payment collections
• Maintain daily sales and transaction records
• Assist with inventory and stock records
• Perform basic data entry and administrative tasks
• Answer phone calls and WhatsApp enquiries when required
• Assist with other daily shop operations

Requirements

• Responsible, honest and detail-oriented
• Basic computer skills and familiar with Microsoft Excel
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Previous experience in admin, cashier, retail or automotive-related work is an advantage
