Role Description The Insights Analyst at Atlas Workspace is a full-time, on-site role based in Singapore. In this position, the analyst will interpret user and market data, conduct research on product usage and customer segments, and generate actionable insights to guide product and business decisions. Day-to-day responsibilities include designing and running analyses, building dashboards and reports, collaborating with product and design teams to refine features, and presenting findings to stakeholders in a clear, structured way. The role involves synthesizing qualitative and quantitative inputs, identifying trends and opportunities, and contributing to research-informed strategies that enhance the user experience and support growth.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills and proficiency in Data Analytics to interpret complex datasets and derive meaningful insights.
• Candidates should possess skills in Market Research and Customer Insight to understand user behavior, segment markets, and inform product and positioning decisions.
• Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills to translate analysis into clear narratives, reports, and presentations for diverse stakeholders.
• Candidates should ideally have experience with data tools (e.g., SQL, spreadsheets, BI platforms) and familiarity with research workflows or knowledge-management products.
• Candidates should have a relevant bachelor’s degree (such as in business, statistics, social sciences, or related fields) and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, on-site environment.
