Full Time Sales Admin (Shipping-Customer Service) - Up to $2800 Jobs, Salary up to SGD 2,000 in SEARCH PERSONNEL PRIVATE LIMITED East Region (Singapore) - Maukerja

• Position: Sales Admin  (Shipping/Customer Service)
• Location: Ang Mo Kio- few bus stops from AMK MRT
• Working hours: 5 days, Monday to Friday (8.30am to 5.30pm)
• Salary (commensurate on experience): Up to $2800+ Bonus+ Medical + Dental
• Duration: Permanent
• Industry: Medical equipment

 

Main Responsibilities:

• Handle customer enquiries and hotline calls.
• Prepare quotations, process sales orders and maintain documentation.
• Coordinate shipments with freight forwarders and ensure timely delivery.
• Prepare shipping and Letter of Credit documents.
• Support packing of outgoing shipments.
• Liaise with sales and technical teams on order specifications.
• Update sales forecasts and prepare monthly outstanding-order reports.
• Provide general sales administration and team coverage.

Requirements

• Sales coordination, sales administration or order-processing experience.
• Familiarity with shipping documents and freight-forwarder coordination.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• QuickBooks knowledge required or strongly preferred.
• LC documentation experience is advantageous.
• Strong customer service, coordination and follow-up skills.
