Full Time Global Content - IP Partnership Manager Jobs, in Bilibili Group - Maukerja

Responsibilities:

Drive global content and IP partnerships for Bilibili's international business.

Develop partnerships across anime, film & TV, short-form drama, gaming IP, studios, distributors and media groups.

Lead content licensing, IP collaboration, co-marketing and long-term strategic partnership discussions.

Identify scalable content and IP assets that can create value across multiple markets.

Work with regional operations, creator, livestreaming and event teams to translate partnerships into content consumption, UGC and user growth.

Develop new partnership models across IP × Creator, IP × Event and IP × Commercial opportunities.

Build and manage a global pipeline of strategic content and IP partners.

Over time, explore adjacent opportunities in brand commercialization and platform/distribution partnerships.

Requirements:

3–5+ years of experience in content, entertainment, media, gaming, IP licensing or business development.

Existing relationships within international content, anime, gaming, entertainment or IP industries are preferred.

Strong track record in business development, negotiation and complex partnership execution.

Ability to understand content, creator ecosystems, user growth and commercial value from a platform perspective.

Strong English communication and negotiation skills.

Experience across Asian entertainment and international markets is preferred.
