Full Time Merchandising Officer (Retail) Jobs, Salary up to MYR 3,200 in JOM JOM @ Citi Super Sabah - Maukerja

A. Line of Reporting:-

1. You shall report directly to the Executive Director (ED).

2. You shall liaise with other Group Managers on matters pertaining to group policy, procedures and functions.

3. You shall co-ordinate your daily tasks with employees at all level.

B. Job Responsibilities: -

1. Work closely with OM/ED to oversee daily business operations.

2. Responsible to assist OM/ED overall day to day operation of the HQ.

3. Responsible for enforcing company policies and procedures.

4. Liase with different departments to improve performance and work efficiency.

5. Planning product ranges and managing budgets on behalf of organizations to help predict sales.

6. Tracks inventory levels, report any issues or shortages to management.

7. Ensures that the levels, report any issues or shortages to management.

8. Store visit 1 week 3 times (Monday, Wednesday 7 Friday).

9. Responsible to double check & follow-up supplier (Outlet) if any problem for delivery stock.

10. Follow-up any issue return stock (Outlet-Supplier) GRN.

11. Double check & confirm planogram OUTLET display with categories.

12. Double check / verify all SKU item cycle count when store visit.

13. Responsible to merchandise sales monthly report.

14. Performing other duties as assigned.

15. Responsible for ensuring that all standard established are adhered to,

16. Do internal auditing on each outlet (Stock, Store display etc)

17. Administer all purchasing documents systematically

18. Planning and developing merchandising strategies.

19. Analyzing sales figures, customer reactions and market trends to anticipate product needs.

20. Collaborating with other departments, suppliers and vendors.

21. Monitoring inventory system. Experience in using Panda system will be an advantageous.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
