Full Time DEAN, FACULTY OF DESIGN AND BUILT ENVIRONMENT Jobs, Salary up to MYR 11,000 in FIRST CITY CORPORATION SDN BHD Selangor - Maukerja

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead the Faculty’s strategic direction, oversee academic programme quality, manage Programme Heads, and drive student enrollment and retention.

2. Enhance student outcomes and support participation in external competitions, celebrating achievements at national and international levels.

3. Implement performance management, oversee workload planning, and support Faculty development and infrastructure needs.

4. Manage budget planning and ensure efficient resource allocation aligned with institutional goals.

5. Strengthen partnerships, coordinate industry projects, guest talks, and ensure curriculum relevance through real-world collaboration.

6. Foster an inclusive, innovative and collaborative academic environment.

Requirements:

1. Possess a Ph.D. in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, Graphic Design or a related field.

2. Proven academic leadership experience at the Faculty or Institutional level.

3. Strong background in programme management, budgeting, and performance evaluation.

4. Industry engagement and professional practice experience is highly advantageous.

5. Strong academic portfolio in teaching and research.

6. Proven track record in managing MQA accreditation exercises, ensuring MOHE compliance and leading programme development, review and continuous quality improvement cycles.

Pay: RM9,000.00 - RM11,000.00 per month
