Join a leading FS AI product vendor delivering large-scale enterprise software programmes across banking and financial services.

This is a senior Project Manager role for someone with deep Financial Services experience and a strong track record delivering complex SaaS and enterprise software programmes.

You’ll take ownership of major technology programmes from mobilisation through delivery, managing senior stakeholders, commercial outcomes, delivery risk, budgets and cross-functional teams. The role suits someone who is equally comfortable in front of senior banking stakeholders as they are driving the detail behind a complex software implementation.

What you’ll be doing

• Leading large, complex Financial Services technology programmes from planning through delivery.
• Managing enterprise SaaS and on-premise software implementations, including cloud migration programmes.
• Acting as the senior point of contact across major banking and Financial Services accounts.
• Building strong relationships with senior business and technology stakeholders.
• Owning programme scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk and overall delivery performance.
• Leading cross-functional teams across product, engineering, implementation and business functions.
• Managing programme financials and ensuring projects achieve agreed profitability targets.
• Identifying delivery risks early and driving practical resolution.
• Ensuring programmes deliver measurable business value rather than simply meeting technical milestones.
• Identifying opportunities to expand existing relationships through additional products, services and programmes.
• Driving continuous improvement across delivery methodology, governance and execution.

What we’re looking for

Strong Financial Services experience is essential. You’ll understand the delivery complexity, governance and stakeholder environment associated with major banking or regulated FS technology programmes.

You’ll ideally bring:

• 10+ years’ experience in Project or Programme Management.
• A strong track record delivering large-scale enterprise software programmes within Financial Services.
• Experience managing programmes valued at approximately USD $5m+.
• Strong SaaS implementation experience.
• Experience migrating enterprise applications from on-premise environments to SaaS or cloud-based platforms.
• Strong commercial and project financial management capability.
• Expert-level MS Project capability.
• Experience managing complex senior stakeholder groups.
• Strong understanding of enterprise software delivery and implementation lifecycles.
• Experience leading cross-functional technology teams.
• Exposure to AI-enabled enterprise software and modern SaaS platforms.
• Formal Project Management certification such as PMP or PRINCE2.

Experience within AML, financial crime, fraud or RegTech would be advantageous but is not essential.
