Position: Part Time Sales & Admin Assistant
Type: Remote
Schedule:
Friday: 1:00 PM – 9:00 PM (1-hour dinner break)
Saturday: 1:00 PM – 9:00 PM (1-hour dinner break)
(7 working hours per day, 14 hours per week)
Compensation: $600/month
Commitment: Long-term preferred. We're looking for someone to grow with us
About the Role
You'll be the first point of contact for many of our leads and customers, helping convert inquiries into sign-ups while keeping our administrative operations running smoothly behind the scenes.
Responsibilities
1. Respond to leads and inquiries via email, messaging apps, or other channels, and follow up to convert them into enrolments
2. Explain program offerings, pricing, and schedules to prospective customers
3. Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, data entry, and record-keeping
4. Assist with coordinating bookings, class schedules, or instructor arrangements
5. Maintain organized digital records of leads, customers, and sales activity
6. Support ad-hoc sales and administrative projects as needed
What We're Looking For
Reliable and punctual,
Comfortable working independently in a remote setting
Confident, friendly communicator with a sales-oriented mindset
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Basic proficiency with common office/communication tools (e.g. Google Workspace, messaging apps)
Prior sales or customer service experience is a plus but not required
