Full Time HSSE Manager (Projects) Jobs, in MISC Group Federal Territory - Maukerja

JOB PURPOSE

We are looking for an experienced HSSE Manager (Projects) to lead and maintain Project and Operations HSSE management, ensuring compliance with client requirements, MISC standards, regulatory obligations and recognised industry practices.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Develop Project and Operations HSSE plans, programmes and KPIs.
• Lead HSSE risk management activities including JHA, TRA, HAZID, HAZOP and Management of Change assessments.
• Supervise HSSE activities across project teams, operations, clients, contractors and other stakeholders.
• Manage contractor HSSE compliance, documentation, performance and engagement.
• Lead emergency preparedness, incident management, investigations and close-out actions.
• Plan and conduct HSSE assurance, audits, inspections and safeguard verification exercises.
• Monitor project competency and HSSE training compliance for contractors, project teams and offshore crew.

EXPERIENCE & REQUIREMENT

• Degree in Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety or another relevant technical discipline.
• 10 to 15 years of relevant experience in the oil and gas or maritime industry, including at least 10 years in Occupational Health & Safety.
• Project HSSE experience in at least two EPCIC FPSO projects or major topsides fabrication, and/or operations HSSE experience across at least two FPSO operations.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 14001, ISO 45001, contractor HSSE management, incident investigation, emergency management and applicable regulations.
• Certified Safety Professional or certified Safety and Health Officer is an added advantage.

SKILLS

Project HSSE experience in at least two EPCIC FPSO projects or major topsides fabrication, and/or operations HSSE experience across at least two FPSO operations, Strong knowledge of ISO 14001, ISO 45001, contractor HSSE management, incident investigation, emergency management and applicable regulations, Certified Safety Professional or certified Safety and Health Officer is an added advantage.
