About the role

We are seeking a talented Junior Engineer to join our Robot & FA System team based in Shah Alam, Selangor. This is a full-time position that offers an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career engineer to develop their technical expertise within a dynamic and supportive environment. As a Junior Engineer, you will play a key role in supporting industrial robot installation, troubleshooting & integration. This position is instrumental in ensuring our projects meet rigorous quality and safety standards whilst contributing to the continuous improvement of our engineering operations.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with senior engineers and cross-functional teams to identify solutions to technical challenges and optimise robot & system performance

• Support the installation, commissioning, and testing of mechanical equipment and systems at client sites

• Assist in conducting preventative maintenance assessments for robot, equipment and machinery.

• Ensure all work is completed in compliance with relevant regulations, safety standards, and company policies

• Provide technical support to operational teams and assist in troubleshooting mechanical issues as required

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering discipline from a recognised institution

• Solid understanding of technical drawing standards and engineering documentation practices

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work effectively within a team environment

• A keen interest in continuous learning and professional development within the engineering field
