E-commerce Operations Assistant
Salary: S$2,600 – S$2,900 per month

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized E-commerce Operations Assistant to support our e-commerce team. You will play an important role in ensuring smooth day-to-day online store operations, from managing product information and orders to coordinating fulfilment and assisting with online campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

E-commerce Operations:

· Assist with the day-to-day operations of our e-commerce platforms and online store.

· Maintain and update product listings, descriptions, pricing, images, and inventory information.

· Process and monitor online orders, ensuring orders are accurately recorded and followed up in a timely manner.

· Coordinate with internal teams and delivery partners to support smooth order fulfilment and delivery.

· Assist in handling order-related enquiries, returns, exchanges, and other customer requests.

Product & Inventory Management:

· Monitor product availability and update inventory records across relevant platforms.

· Assist with stock checks and ensure product information remains accurate and up to date.

· Coordinate with relevant teams regarding stock availability, product updates, and fulfilment matters.

· Identify discrepancies in product or inventory information and assist in resolving them.

Online Campaign & Marketplace Support:

· Assist with the setup and maintenance of online promotions, campaigns, and product launches.

· Update promotional pricing, product information, and campaign details across e-commerce platforms.

· Support the team in monitoring online sales activities and campaign performance.

· Assist with preparing basic sales and operational reports when required.

Customer & Platform Support:

· Respond to basic customer enquiries related to products, orders, delivery, and online purchases.

· Monitor e-commerce platforms and ensure product pages and store information are kept accurate.

· Assist in identifying operational issues and coordinate with relevant teams to resolve them.

Reporting and Administration:

· Maintain accurate records of orders, products, inventory, and other e-commerce activities.

· Prepare basic reports and summaries related to online sales and operations.

· Provide general administrative and operational support to the e-commerce team.

Requirements:

- A diploma or bachelor's degree in Business, E-commerce, Marketing, Retail Management, or a related field

- Candidates with experience in e-commerce, retail, customer service, or operations are preferred, but entry-level candidates are welcome to apply

- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and online marketplaces is an advantage

- Good communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

- Able to work independently and manage tasks efficiently

- Comfortable working with computers, online platforms, and basic spreadsheets

- Reliable internet connection and a personal computer for remote work
