AIS. Delivering the Future.
- Civil and Structural Engineering degree recognised by the Professional Engineers Board (PEB) of Singapore
- Accredited with the Joint Accreditation Committee of the Institution of Engineers Singapore (IES)and the Association of Consulting Engineers Singapore (ACES)
- Minimum 20 years of relevant experience as a Civil & Structural engineer
- At least 15 years on projects similar in size and complexity: major construction works in buildings, structural steel works, and drainage
- Proficient in PSSCOC contract administration
- Provide overall C&S team direction and management to meet project objectives
- Oversee and administer QSS manpower deployment based on main contractors' work schedules
- Ensure the project is delivered to the highest professional technical and safety standards
- Conversant with Changi Aerodrome Manual, Airside Works Procedures Manual, AOS requirements, and WSH Manual
- Endorse daily, weekly and monthly progress reports
- Coordinate overseas fabrication yard supervision visits for structural steel and precast components
- Experience with large-scale structural steel works and precast concrete preferred.
