GENERAL DESCRIPTION

• To manage and enhance KPJ Kuala Selangor Specialist Hospital’s digital presence through strategic content planning, social media management, digital advertising, and performance analysis. The role supports the hospital’s marketing goals by driving online visibility, engagement, and lead generation.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Plan and manage the content calendar across SSHR’s digital platforms (website, social media, newsletters).
• Execute digital advertising campaigns (SEO/SEM, Google Ads, Meta Ads) to drive traffic and leads.
• Monitor and update SSHR’s website content, online forms, and digital listings.
• Track and analyse digital performance metrics; prepare reports with actionable insights.
• Respond to online inquiries, comments, and reviews in a timely and professional manner.
• Collaborate with the Creative and PR teams for integrated digital campaigns.
• Benchmark competitor digital strategies and recommend improvements.
• Support digital promotions for healthcare packages and hospital events.
• Ensure digital content aligns with SSHR’s branding and regulatory guidelines.
• Perform other duties assigned by the Marketing Manager.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Academic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Mass Communication, or a related field.

Competencies Qualification:

• 1-2 years of experience managing digital marketing platforms.
• Proficient in SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Adobe Photoshop/ Illustrator, Canva and CMS systems.
• Strong copywriting, content planning, and analytics skills.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and digital reporting.
• Certification in Digital Marketing is an advantage.
• High integrity, patience, and high attention to details.
