Location: West (Hybrid working arrangement) / 1 Day WFH
Job Type: Full-Time Contract (Subjected to renewal / conversion to permanent)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support for live applications, ensuring system stability and adherence to service levels (SLAs).
• Manage incidents, service requests, and defects, including troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and coordination with internal teams and external vendors for timely resolution.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders on issue status, changes, and resolution timelines while maintaining accurate support documentation.
• Identify recurring issues and recommend process or system improvements to enhance application reliability and service quality.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• Min. 1-2 year of working experience in Application Support, IT Operations, Production Support, or a similar role, with a good understanding of incident, problem, and service request management.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to coordinate across multiple teams and vendors.
• SQL knowledge, familiarity with application architecture, APIs, batch jobs, system integrations, and defect management processes.
• Familiarity with C#, .NET would be advantageous
• Experience supporting or developing OutSystems applications will be advantageous
