Full Time Property Sales Executive Jobs, Salary up to MYR 6,000 in Collectiv Land Federal Territory - Maukerja

Responsibilities:

• Achieve quarterly/annual sales targets in terms of units sold and revenue generated.
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts and pipeline updates for management review.
• Develop sales support tools and marketing initiatives that drive lead generation, customer engagement activities and sales conversion.
• Conduct property presentations, site tours and consultations for prospective purchasers
• Advise on pricing strategy, payment schemes and financing options.
• Manage full sales process: enquiry handling, booking, documentations and payment follow-up.
• Build and maintain strong relationship with purchasers, external property agents, solicitors and industry partners.
• Build and maintain database of leads and prospects.
• Manage all administrative task related to marketing and sales operations related works.
• Assist in developing, evaluating and completing of marketing collaterals to support company sales objectives.
• Manage brand presence across social media, property portals and other advertising channels.
• Execute and coordinate Advertising & Promotion (A&P) activities including events, roadshow, video shooting and marketing campaigns.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute property launches, roadshows, exhibitions, preview events, press releases and customer engagement activities.
• Undertake ad-hoc assignment or duties which align to your skill sets that assigned by superior or management from time-to-time as when required.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma / Degree holder.
• Work experience of at least 1 year as a Sales representative with property developer or real estate agency.
• Good interpersonal skills with purchasers and fluent in both spoken & written in English & Bahasa Malaysia
• Good PR and communication skills
• Creative, proactive, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities under pressure.

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
