Job Description
Responsibilities
Assist in planning and coordinating marketing events, roadshows, corporate talks and promotional events.
Support the Marketing team in managing event logistics, including venue arrangements, equipment, materials, refreshments, and manpower.
Coordinate with internal departments, external vendors, partners, and event organizers to ensure smooth event execution.
Assist with event registration, attendee management, setup, and onsite coordination.
Prepare event materials such as banners, brochures, flyers, registration forms, and promotional items.
Support promotional activities and campaigns before, during, and after events.
Assist in managing event schedules, timelines, checklists, and budgets.
Coordinate with vendors and obtain quotations where required.
Assist with social media content and event-related communications.
Capture photos, videos, and other content during events for marketing purposes.
Collect feedback and assist in preparing post-event reports and evaluations.
Maintain proper records of event-related documents, contacts, and expenses.
Provide administrative and operational support to the Marketing Department as required.
Undertake other duties and projects assigned by the Marketing Manager.
