Working hour

• Mondays: 9.00 am to 2.00 pm
• Wednesdays: 10.00 am to 2.00 pm
• Thursdays: 9.00 am to 2.00 pm
• Fridays:12.00 pm to 3.00 pm

Key Roles

• Provide one-to-one mentoring and befriending support to Higher Needs Students (HNS) with disciplinary consequences

• Plan and conduct motivational talks and engagement sessions (character development, discipline-related concerns)

• Assist in fact-finding and information-gathering for student incident investigations

• Support the Discipline Master in engaging parents/guardians on discipline, behaviour management, and student development

Qualifications

• At least 2 years' relevant working experience

• Good interpersonal, communication, and engagement skills
