Sales Management Trainee

What if your next sales role could be the start of your leadership career?

This role is designed for individuals who already have some sales or customer-facing experience and are ready to move beyond an individual contributor role.

You'll start hands-on in face-to-face sales, developing your ability to engage customers, achieve results and perform consistently.

As you progress, you'll have opportunities to take on greater responsibility in training, coaching, team development and leadership.

You won't be expected to manage a team from Day 1.

Our approach is simple: Learn → Perform → Train → Lead → Manage.

Your Role

• You will begin by building a strong foundation in face-to-face sales before taking on additional leadership responsibilities.
• Represent our clients through face-to-face customer engagement
• Develop strong sales, communication and customer engagement skills
• Work towards individual performance targets and contribute to team results
• Build your product and campaign knowledge
• Support and coach new team members as you progress
• Take on greater responsibility in team training and development
• Progress towards leadership responsibilities in recruitment, training and team operations
• You earn the opportunity to lead by first learning how to perform.
