Responsibilities
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organised healthcare accounts executive to join our healthcare team. The role combines healthcare accounts, claims administration and clinic operations, with opportunities to work closely with our clinical and administrative teams across the organisation.
The ideal candidate will be comfortable working with numbers and documentation, while also being able to support day-to-day clinic operations and deliver a positive experience for patients and internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Manage Medisave claim submissions, ensuring compliance with relevant requirements.
Liaise with insurers and third-party administrators regarding claims and billing matters.
Manage accounts receivable (AR), including invoicing, payment tracking and follow-up of outstanding balances.
Reconcile claims, payments and receipts against clinic records.
Monitor and follow up on outstanding claims, payments and documentation.
Maintain well-organised financial records for audit and compliance purposes.
Support patient registration, billing and payment collection when required.
Assist with appointment coordination to ensure smooth patient flow.
Provide administrative support clinic teams as required.
Support day-to-day clinic operations when operational needs arise.
Work collaboratively with clinic teams to ensure positive patient experience.
Assist with administrative coordination for clinic activities and healthcare programmes.
Support the improvement of administrative processes and workflows.
Requirements
Degree or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration or a related discipline.
Prior working experience in the healthcare industry is preferred.
Experience with Medisave, insurance claims, medical billing or healthcare accounts is strongly preferred.
Meticulous and comfortable working with numbers, records and documentation.
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced healthcare environment.
