Full Time Commercial Interior Designer Jobs, Salary up to SGD 4,000 in Supermono North-east Region (Singapore) - Maukerja

Key Responsibilities

• Meet clients to understand project requirements and develop design proposals
• Prepare presentation materials (PowerPoint, mood boards, and concept decks)
• Create concept designs, space planning, and 3D models (SketchUp)
• Coordinate with 3D visualizers to produce high-quality renderings
• Prepare design development and detailed drawings (construction, tender, and as-built drawings)
• Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and consultants on materials and construction matters
• Manage project documentation, including drawings, as-built records, and O&M manuals
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and meet quality

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related discipline
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in commercial interior design
• Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, and MS Office (PowerPoint)
• Strong conceptual design skills with a keen eye for color and materials
• Good technical knowledge in construction drawings and detailing
• Able to manage projects independently from concept to completion
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Self-driven,responsible, and a team player
