Full Time ServiceNow ITAM Specialist Jobs, Salary up to MYR 12,000 in Coforge Federal Territory - Maukerja

• Configure and support ServiceNow IT Asset Management (ITAM) modules, including Hardware Asset Management (HAM) and Software Asset Management (SAM).
• Manage IT asset lifecycle from procurement to retirement.
• Maintain asset data accuracy and CMDB integrity.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and compliance tracking.
• Collaborate with IT, Procurement, and Vendor Management teams.
• Troubleshoot and resolve ITAM-related issues.
• Strong knowledge of HAM, SAM, CMDB, and ITSM processes.
• Experience with ServiceNow configuration and integrations.
• Understanding of ITIL best practices.
• ServiceNow CSA and ITAM certifications are an advantage.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: RM10,000.00 - RM12,000.00 per month
