As a Supervisor, District Sales, you will play a critical role in executing business strategies, driving operational excellence, and collaborating with business partners to achieve sales and commercial objectives within your assigned zone. You will also serve as a change catalyst, supporting transformation initiatives and ensuring successful adoption of new ways of working across the trade ecosystem.

Your Day-to-Day

• Support the Senior Manager Regional Sales in executing business direction, strategies, and priorities within the assigned territory.
• Partner with the Manager Area Sales (MAS) to implement territory plans that drive sustainable growth and business performance.
• Identify new business opportunities, market expansion possibilities, and strategic partnerships through competitive market intelligence and customer insights.
• Conduct regular business reviews and provide performance updates, recommendations, and reporting for the assigned zone.
• Build strong relationships with retailers, business partners, and stakeholders to address business challenges and achieve key objectives.
• Drive retailer engagement and adoption of digital initiatives, including Digital Trade Engagement (DTE) platforms and Philip Morris Rewards Club (PMRC) programs.
• Support initiatives related to in-market share growth, offtake enhancement, category education, lead generation, and key account development.
• Supervise, coach, and monitor the performance of partners and field teams to ensure consistent execution of commercial activities and daily operational excellence.
• Ensure route plans, in-call mission activities, and field execution standards are optimized and consistently adhered to.
• Champion digital transformation by leveraging digital tools and solutions while continuously educating retailers on available platforms and programs.
• Ensure strict compliance with PMI Principles & Practices, Code of Conduct, commercial processes, and all applicable local and federal regulations.

Essential Skills & Competencies

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in sales field operations, preferably within the FMCG industry.
• Demonstrated business and financial acumen with the ability to analyze performance and identify growth opportunities.
• Proven ability to influence and engage a variety of internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills with the confidence to challenge assumptions and recommend solutions.
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent planning, organizational, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams and functions.
