Full Time Finance-Payroll Executive Jobs, Salary up to MYR 5,000 in Tunku Abdul Rahman University Of Management & Technology Federal Territory - Maukerja

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Payroll Executive to join our Finance team.

Requirements

· Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resource Management, Business Administration or related field.

· Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in payroll processing.

· Good knowledge of payroll administration, statutory contributions and Malaysian employment regulations.

· Familiar with EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB/MTD and HRDF requirements.

· Experience in handling monthly payroll, overtime, allowances, deductions, claims and statutory submissions.

· Proficient in Microsoft Excel and payroll/accounting systems.

· Strong numerical and analytical skills with good attention to detail.

· Able to maintain confidentiality of staff and payroll information.

· Good communication, organisational and problem-solving skills.

· Able to work independently and meet tight payroll deadlines.

· Candidates with experience in large organisations or educational institutions will have an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

· Process monthly payroll accurately and within the required timeline.

· Verify payroll inputs including attendance, overtime, allowances, deductions and claims.

· Prepare and submit statutory contributions and payroll-related reports.

· Maintain accurate and confidential employee payroll records.

· Handle payroll enquiries from staff and resolve payroll discrepancies.

· Assist with payroll reconciliation, audit requirements and reporting.

· Ensure payroll processes comply with applicable policies and statutory requirements.

· Support improvements and automation of payroll processes.
