Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Electronics, Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in IT support, systems maintenance or a similar role.
• Hands-on experience with CCTV installation, configuration and maintenance.
• Knowledge of electronic/electrical products, IT hardware, networking and CCTV systems.
• Proficient in system maintenance, software management and troubleshooting.
• Strong problem-solving, communication and multitasking skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willing to perform hands-on technical work and occasional site visits.
• Experience in retail, e-commerce, warehouse or similar environments is an advantage.

About the role:

We are looking for a hands-on and reliable IT Support Executive to manage the company's IT infrastructure, provide technical support to employees, and oversee CCTV installation, maintenance and system operations. The successful candidate will ensure that IT systems, networks and security equipment are properly maintained and functioning efficiently.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain the organization's IT infrastructure, systems and networks.
• Provide technical support and troubleshoot IT-related issues for employees.
• Install, configure and maintain CCTV systems, including camera placement, cabling and recording devices.
• Ensure CCTV cameras and recording equipment are functioning properly through regular maintenance.
• Configure recording schedules, motion detection and other CCTV system features.
• Handle physical installations and ensure proper integration with IT networks.
• Perform system maintenance, software updates and basic hardware troubleshooting.
• Coordinate with vendors or service providers when required.
• Maintain proper records of IT equipment, systems and maintenance activities.
• Ensure IT and CCTV systems operate reliably and securely.
• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned by the superior.
