Job Description:
Store Operations:
Ensure smooth daily store opening and closing, monitor cashiering operations, maintain store cleanliness, and enforce hygiene and safety standards.
Stock & Inventory Control:
Coordinate stock receiving, oversee shelf replenishment, perform stock counts, and manage product freshness (monitor expiry dates and minimize wastage).
Team Supervision:
Schedule shift rosters, assign daily tasks to cashiers and store assistants, and guide new hires on store procedures.
Customer Service & Sales:
Assist shoppers with inquiries, manage customer feedback and service recovery, and ensure promotions are accurately displayed.
Requirements
Experience:
1–2 years of experience in sales.
Work Schedule:
Willing to work on weekends, public holidays, and rotating retail shifts.
Skills:
Basic proficiency with Point-of-Sale (POS) cashier systems and basic stock inventory management.
Physical Fitness:
Ability to handle physical tasks, including standing for long hours and lifting goods/boxes when necessary.
